I was on the phone with a client earlier and they were running out of space for their site. They have s company that hosts their email and website – pretty basic setup.
Apparently, they are allowed 2.2GB of space.
I asked their web host if they could please expand their space to 5 or 10GB. Of course, it would be unlikely that they would ever use even 3GB. They said no! I was in shock. I was able to FTP in and pick through some files and get their used space down to 1.5GB, but the same issue will happen again soon.
What is the web host using for storage? Floppy drives?
