Some real estate websites can be resource intensive. Finding a good host to take care of WordPress and an IDX can be extremely difficult. I know as I’ve been there. One of he reasons we have this server is for a couple of real estate websites which we host.
While our brokers are here in North Carolina we could possibly offer web hosting to any real estate agent in the world.
A good alternative to us which is comparable is WP Engine. Actually, they have a much larger staff. They’re also more expensive.
If you can really handle things yourself and don’t mind a server that isn’t as lightning fast as ours you can always get $1 Linux hosting.
IDX
As for IDX what we currently recommend is IDX Broker Platinum or iHomeFinder Optima Express.
